Story blocks are designed as part of a holistic design system; so all of the options of Story Blocks are available for you when you need them.

At a foundational level we group Story Blocks into 7 main types: Text, Image, Video, Posts, List, Navigation and Code. We can also add custom blocks for you based on your specific requirements.

Images can be displayed in galleries, carousels, grids, aligned left or right - and you can control the way the images display, like size and aspect ratio, in Advanced settings.

Story blocks have advanced settings that level-up your ability to modify the aspect ratio of your images, the number of images in a carousel, custom background options, text alignment and more.

Easily change the style and color of any Story Block header using predefined styles and colors from your design system. Using predefined sizes makes site-wide changes down the road super efficient.

The 7 core Story Block types, along with dozens of Advanced Setting combinations, provide thousands of unique layouts you can use, branded and ready to go, right away as you need.

Visibility options for Public if you’re ready for the world to see it, Staging if you’re working on the content and doing internal review, and Hidden for content that you don’t want to show, or isn’t quite ready for prime time.

As an integral part of our holistic design, each Story Block is crafted to optimize content engagement for both mobile and desktop experiences while maintaining feature parity at all sizes.

Story Blocks are designed using a common foundation across all 7 types so you can easily switch between types of Blocks without concern that you may lose the content you’ve already added.

You can drag-and-drop reorder the Story Blocks on any page, optimizing the user experience. Choose to show newer content or change the display hierarchy based on analytics and consumer insights.

The goal is to get your content live, so we make it as easy as we can for you. Copy an existing Story Block from anywhere on your site to use it as-is or as a template for a new Block design or layout.

Story Blocks are non-destructible, so we encourage you to move them around, change the type of Block and tinker with some of the advanced settings. Your content is safe, so play around!

You can easily set Story Blocks to turn on and off at specific, scheduled times enabling you to dynamically update any page of your site with content that goes live when you’re ready.
